The report examines part of the amendments and additions to the Commercial Law, adopted by SG No. 66 of 05.08.2023. Regulating for the first time in our country the figure of the entrepreneur, the Bulgarian state responds to the challenge of ensuring at the national level the possibility of fairly satisfying the creditors of the entrepreneur-debtor and at the same time preserving the activity of the entrepreneur and the interests of his creditors. At the same time, there is inaccuracy on the part of the legislator regarding the creation of the legal framework for the entry of the acts of stabilization in relation to the entrepreneur, which is to be overcome through the adoption of legal and/or by-law regulations.
