Abstract: The study examines the impact of factors and circumstances on the nature of the market as a socio-economic model and at the same time as an internal market. Actual facts and opinions of other economists about the content, destinations and destinations of exports are being applied. The direct dependence between commodity mobility, domestic and foreign trade and the state of transport is emphasized. The Operational Programs “Transport” and “Transport Policy” are financed by the European Union and partially by the national budget. The programs should support Bulgaria’s cohesive process with developed European countries. The study argues for and against liberalism and protectionism against imports and exports. Separate paragraphs explain the impact of transport on the natural environment and environmental requirements. The end of the economic analysis explains the reasons for the general government deficit, the need for investment and subsidies, the need for reforms to improve the state of the economy, and solutions to the dilemma of market-to-state.
