Abstract: The article is aimed at presenting the main philosophical and legal problems related to the development of the legal regulation of artificial intelligence. Conclusions are drawn about the changes in law at the beginning of the fifth technological revolution, when modern concepts of the meaning of existence are changing. They are understood through the prism of Humanism as an intellectual movement of the New Age, whose principles are the basis of law and morality. The article examines two philosophical dilemmas: 1) the question of human free will in the context of understanding artificial intelligence as equal and even in some respects superior to human intelligence; 2) the question of human moral actions and responsibility
